MYTH: You Have To Talk About Your Past And Childhood: Stress management coaching is about now, not your past. A stress management coach takes you from where you are and helps you advance where you want to go.

MYTH: Learning Stress Strategies Is Complicated: Most stress control approaches are designed for fast learning and are not convoluted. You can learn many of them in moments, and walk out the door and use them in real life the same day.

MYTH: Stress Strategies Take A Long Time To Put Into Practice: A few stress approaches like yoga and progressive relaxation take a while to learn, but the vast majority of approaches can be learned in one session, and placed into action immediately.

MYTH: Stress Techniques Are The Same As Those Used In Psychotherapy: The best stress coaches use an eclectic approach, where they draw from many disciplines, and use a wide variety of modalities.
