Skype Video and Audio Coaching

We regularly conduct coaching sessions worldwide via Skype. Simply download the free Skype software from www.skype.com, and you will not be charged phone call fees, or video fees to use the web. You pay only our coaching fees, specified in advance. To configure your computer to use Skype video and audio, please follow the directions on the Skype website. Macintosh users may also use iChat. Once you contact us about coaching, we will provide you with our Skype contact information.

Audio Recording Your Presentation Coaching Sessions

Feel free to audio record our coaching sessions when we meet in our offices to help you remember and master the material. You can do this by bringing your cell phone, laptop, camcorder or other device. You have our advance permission to use this for your personal educational use, but not to share with anyone or to sell or post on the web. There is no charge for your recording in our offices.

If we are doing distance coaching, we can record your coaching sessions via Skype or by phone very easily. We have a special Skype audio program, and also a special high-quality audio-recording conference call line, if we are using a phone. The fee for recording and sending you this mp3 audio by email is $10 per session recording. We send the mp3 to you within 24 hours so you can review the class. That is your copy to keep. The mp3 format is the only format option.

Video Recording Your Presentation Coaching Sessions

We can easily videotape you in a mock presentation format, so you can immediately see yourself in action. If you want a copy of this videotape for your personal use we are happy to have you supply a memory card that fits our SONY camcorder. That specific card is called the Memory Stick Pro Duo. We would record into that card and you would take it with you. Alternatively, you can use your own camcorder. If you don't bring your own memory card or camcorder and/or we need to copy the recording from our memory card or internal memory and send it to you via postal mail or a private web page, there will be an estimated extra charge of $100. If we encounter any technical difficulties, that fee may be higher, but we will get your approval in advance, before continuing with copying of the video file.
